WHEREAS on February 1, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 11-139, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Cleanup Services at 1383 MINNEHAHA AVENUE EAST from October 1 to October 31, 2011, (File No. J1204A, Assessment No. 128503); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1383 Minnehaha Avenue East, being described as: Lorena Park Lot 21 Blk 5, with the property identifification number 27-29-22-33-0072 was assessed an amount of $465.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessment from $465.00 to $232.50; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 11-139  is hereby amended to reflect this change.
