WHEREAS, on February 1, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH AR 11-135, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Boarding and Securing Services during September 2011. (File No. J1202B, Assessment No. 128101); and
WHEREAS, the property at 508 Lexington Parkway South, being described as: Howard Greene Second Addition S 10 Ft Of Vac Alley Accruing All Of Lots 10 Thru Lot 13 And Pt Of Lot 14 Lying Wly Of A Line Desc As Beg At The Se Cor Of Lot 5 Blk 1 Thence S 16 Deg 16 Min 27 Sec W For 51.79 Ft Thence S 00 Deg 25 Min 07 Sec W For 105.23 Ft To The S Line Of Sd Lot 14 An with the property identification number 11-28-23-32-0116 was assessed; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services recommends deleting Pin Number 11-28-23-32-0116 from the property at 508 Lexington Parkway South as it made in error; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Council File #RLH AR 11-135 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
