Approving a customized training contract with the Minnesota Colleges and Universities, Century College, for the purpose of providing a customer service training session on April 5, 2012.
Body
WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, has a need for customized customer service training; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Colleges and Universities, Century College, can provide such training, and agreed to do so; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul is authorized to enter into the attached agreement with Minnesota State Colleges and Universities; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officials be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractural obligations contained herein.
