WHEREAS on September 21, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 11-74, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Vacant Building Fees from June 2011 at 1795 Selby Avenue. (File No. VB1112, Assessment No. 118097); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1795 Selby Avenue, being described as: Skidmore Cassedyspark Addi Subj To Ave Lot 20 Blk 3, with the property identifification number 04-28-23-12-0148 was assessed an amount of $1,235.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's Office recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,235.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 11-74 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
