Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $6,765.21 to track and accept trunk highway funds.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has entered into a Master Partnership Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation that secures funding for the Accessible Pedestrian Traffic Signal Project that was approved on Council File 08-1329, and
WHEREAS, in order for Public Works to accept and track the Mn/DOT funds secured under this agreement, they need to be added to the project budget, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation trunk highway funds in the amount of $6,765.21 to be added to the Capital Improvement Budget; so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $6,765.21 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Capital Improvement Budget as detailed on the attached.
