Amending the financing and spending plans of the Central Corridor Off Street Parking project and 2011 Blair Griggs RSVP project in the amount of $83,032.78 to correctly reflect actual project spending.
Body
WHEREAS, the Central Corridor Off Street Parking project was approved as part of the 2010 capital improvement budget; and
WHEREAS, off street parking work associated with the Central Corridor was completed as part of 2011 Blair Griggs RSVP; and
WHEREAS, the contractor and contract were billed under the Blair Griggs RSVP project; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for transfer of appropriation funds of $83,032.78 in the Capital Improvement Budget; now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the financing and spending plans for Blair Griggs RSVP project will be increased by $83,032.78 to reflect the additional work completed by the contractor for Central Corridor Off Street Parking; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Central Corridor Off Street Parking project will be decreased by the same amount to reflect the additional work completed by the contractor during the Blair Griggs RSVP project.
