Title

Ratifying the assessments for Excessive Inspection Services during August 2011.  (File No. J1202E, Assessment No. 128301)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-2354 accepted the Report of Completion for Excessive Inspection Services for the Property Code Violations billed from August 01 to August 21, 2011; and

WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 15, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found said assessments satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that said assessmenta be and the same EW hereby in all respects ratified pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 12-6   - 1572 Case Avenue;

RLH TA 12-21 - 1059 Burgess Street;

RLH TA 12-62 - 927 Charles Avenue;

RLH TA 12-8   - 1133 Galtier Street;

RLH TA 12-24 - 991 Jenks Avenue;

RLH TA 12-11 - 1698 Lafond Avenue;

RLH TA 12-25 - 1092 Magnolia Avenue East;

RLH TA 12-9   - 1118 Margaret Street;

RLH TA 12-22 - 1339 Payne Avenue;

RLH TA 12-19 - 1132 Selby Avenue;

RLH TA 12-23 - 1743 Sherwood Avenue;

RLH TA 12-7   - 885 Sixth Street East;

RESOLVED, that said assessments are hereby determined to be payable in one installment, unless specified in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
