Amending a City Slope Easement within the Saint Paul Port Authority's Beacon Bluff Development.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul ("City") was granted a fill slope easement pursuant to that certain Deed dated October 15, 1941, and filed of record in the Office of Recorder in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, as Document No. 999620 (the "Easement"); and
WHEREAS, a request has been received by the Saint Paul Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul to amend said Easement, as documented in the "Agreement Regarding Slope Easement Along Forest Street" attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the City is agreeable to amending said Easement as provided for in the Agreement; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the City of Saint Paul do hereby accept and approve said Agreement; and be if further
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute said Agreement and record same with the Ramsey County Office of the Recorder and/or Registrar of Titles.
