RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into Organized Crime Drug Enforcement (OCDETF) agreements with the United States Department of Justice for the period of January 1, 2012 through December 30, 2012 to participate in any Federal Bureau of Investigation or Drug Enforcement Agency task force operations for this period. A copy of the said agreement is to be kept on file and on record in the Office of Financial Services.
