WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Joseph Zimlich, Sr. to a Summary Abatement Order at 880 ROSE AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant extensions to February 1 and Feburary 15, 2012 as indicated in the attached photos, and grant an extension to July 1, 2012 for removal of the lumber; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter. denies the appeal and grant an extension to March 15, 2012, except for the removal of the lumber where an eand grant an extension to July 1, 2012 for removal of the lumber.
