Purpose of Appeal
These windows just miss on qualifying for egress.  Julie Rohlik doesn't want 2 windows in the house to miss match the rest of her new windows.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Derek Tanberg, on behalf of The Window Store Home Improvements, Inc., to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 1046 STINSON STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 2-inch variance on the openable height of two double hung replacement egress bedroom windows measuring 22 inches high by 23.34 inches wide.; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
