Ratifying the assessment for construction of a sanitary sewer connection at 1817 Wellesley Avenue, as requested by the property owner in connection with the Fairview Avenue reconstruction project. (File No. 19094C, Assessment No. 126005)

WHEREAS, the City Council accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for the construction of sanitary sewer service connections and/or storm sewer stubs at the request of property owner in connection with the Fairview Avenue reconstruction project (RES 12-206); and
WHEREAS, on March 21, 2012 the City Council held a public hearing to consider ratification of the assessment for the construction work; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal annual installments.
