WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Tamer Azzazi to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 1849 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the basement ceiling height and basement west and east side occupancy loads - granting an extension of 90-days to come into compliance and grant a 4-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the west side and northwest side bedrooms; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
