WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jacob I. Prettyman to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 645 GRAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 2.5 inch variance on the double hung egress window in Unit 2; and deny the appeal and grant an extension to June 1, 2012 for compliance with the orders on the garage; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
