WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Metro Residential LLC to a Condemnation and Order to Vacate 1186 MINNEHAHA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the condemnation, deny the appeal on revocation of the fire certificate of occupancy, deny the appeal to be removed from the vacant building program, but allow it to be a category 1 and waive the vacant building fee for 4 months; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
