Title
Appeal of Michele F. Collins to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 2257 FAIRMOUNT AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal
The double hung windows are the original windows to the house, which was built in 1925.  The windows coordinate with the architecture of the English Tudor house.  Replacing the windows would be costly and would detract from the historic and aesthetic value of the house.  The existing windows exceed the code requirement for the width and the total glazed opening area.  Please refer to the attached letter, reference #114582.  Thank you.
