WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Joel Anderson to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 534 FOREST STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant window variances in the upper floor southwest and northwest bedrooms; grant an extension to July 1, 2012 for the driveway; grant an extension to June 1, 2012 for the foundation walls and painting; and grant an extension to February 15, 2012 to repair the back door and frames; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
