Purpose of Appeal
I purchased the property on 12-2-2011. I am currently working on the property and intend on having all the repairs completed prior to the renewal date of January 29, 2012. At this time the property will become occupied. I am therefore requesting the vacant building fee be waived or removed.

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
