RESOLVED that, upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the Tort Liability Account GL 225-42310-0511, to USAA Insurance Company as subrogee of Ryan E. Johnson for full and final settlement of the property damage claim from the accident on February 1st, 2011 in Saint Paul, MN
