Purpose of Appeal
House was deemed category 2 vacant after a rock was thrown through the front window. (Cops had city board up window)  House is very clean regarding code compliance, and as a building contractor, everything will be brought up to city code.

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
