Ratifying the assessment for Property Cleanup Services during August 2011 at 1332 THIRD STREET EAST. (File No. J1202A, Assessment No. 128501)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-2024 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Cleanup on Private Property during August 2011 at 1332 Third Street East; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 04, 2012 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said assessment is hereby determined to be payable in one installment, unless specified above in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
