WHEREAS, on February 3, 2010 the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. 10-129, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees re-invoiced for August and September 2009 (File No. VB0907, Assessment No. 108747); and
WHEREAS, the property at 730 Earl Street, being described as: Terrys Addition N 45 Ft Of S 97 95/1oo Ft Of Fol Lots 13 And Lot 14 Blk 10 with the property identification number 28-29-22-43-0192 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00 for delinquent vacant building fees; and
WHEREAS, City Council recommends deleting the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be refunded, plus any accrued interest; and, Be It Further
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Vacant Building Revenue Account 001-00257-4078.
