Ratifying the assessments for Excessive Inspection Services during July 2011.  (File No. J1201E, Assessment No. 128300)
 
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-2028 accepted the Report of Completion for Excessive Inspection Services for the Property Code Violations billed during the month of July 05 to July 29, 2011; and
 
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the following assessments were appealed:
RLH TA 11-440 - 980 Bush Avenue;
RLH TA 11-227 - 253 & 255 Colborne Street;
RLH TA 11-455 - 693 Cook Avenue East;
RLH TA 11-449 - 950 Sixth Street East;
RLH TA 11-457 - 4124 Upper Afton Road; and
 
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 04, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
 
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council and the Council having considered same and found said assessments satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that said assessments be and the same are hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments with the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 11-227 - 253 & 255 Colborne Street;
RLH TA 11-455 - 693 Cook Avenue East;
RLH TA 11-457 - 4124 Upper Afton Road; And, Be It
 
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said assessments are hereby determined to be payable in one installment unless specified above in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
