Purpose of Appeal
In my opinion, this is further procedural misconduct initiated by and resulting from the corrupted process and behavior by the City of St. Paul/DSI and is perceived to be unethical, immoral, and consitutionally unlawful.

According to appellant, Inspector Nelmark referred him to new inspector Singerhouse.  Singerhouse knows about this appeal being filed.
Also, appellant says that he may cancel the Vacant Building Registration, scheduled same day at 2:30, depending on how this appeal turns out.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Michael Ahrndt to a Summary Abatement Order at 1901 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny grant the appeal as the building has remained unoccupied dince the time of the legislative hearing; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
