WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 11-2598 accepted the Report of Completion for alley improvements on the east-west alley in Denslow's Subdivision of Lots 54 and 47, Lake Como Villas (bounded by Front, Hatch, Kilburn and Ryde); and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 15, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty equal installments.
