WHEREAS, the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners has referred a repurchase application for property at 781 SEVENTH STREET EAST to the City of Saint Paul for a recommendation; And
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has reviewed police, building and property maintenance code violations within the past five years; And
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has determined the property at 781 Seventh Street East is a municipal problem related to summary abatements, non-payments of taxes, and other related issues; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul recommends the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners denies the resale of this tax forfeit property to the previously listed owner; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is requested to forward a certified copy of this Council resolution to the Ramsey County Tax Forfeited Land Office, Room 620, Ramsey County Government Center - West for final processing.
