Not sure waht he's actually appealing.  It looks as if one of the things he is appealing is the statement in the code compliance inspection report vis-a-vis window installation.  

He attached a letter LH staff sent in Dec of '10.  He has aleady appealed the vacant building registration requirement, and that matter is closed.

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Lawrence Walker to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 818 SHERBURNE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
