WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mark Severtsgaard to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 998 GRAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 7-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in Unit 4 second floor south bedroom; grant a 4.5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in Unit 4 second floor middle bedroom; and grant a 3-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in Unit 3 bedroom; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
