Body
WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Thomas Dooley to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 534 HOYT AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 2-inch variance on the openable width of the egress windows in 534 and 536 north bedrooms and grant a 2.5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in 534 and 536 south bedrooms.
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
