Title

Amending the budget in the Fire Department in the amount of $6,056.08 to establish the financing and spending plan for the grant reimbursement from the City of Bloomington for costs associated with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) training.

Body

WHEREAS, as part of two separate grants, the City of Saint Paul will be reimbursed by the City of Bloomington for the costs associated with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) training in September 29-30, 2011, and

WHEREAS, the total reimbursement is $6,056.08, and

WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for the grant, and

WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $6,056.08 in excess of those estimated in the 2011 budget, and

WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following additions be made to the 2011 budget:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the changes to the 2011 budget.
