Establishing a 2011 financing and spending plan of $41,990 to cover personnel costs based on City Council resolution (RES 11-2020) authorizing an agreement with Independent School District #625 to provide the School Resource Officer Program from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2014 .
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department was authorized by the City Council to enter into the attached agreement with the Independent School District # 625 (RES 11-2020) to provide the School Resource Officer Program to schools in the City of Saint Paul from July 1, 2011 through June 30,2014 and amend the 2011 budget and;
WHEREAS, a 2011 financing and spending plan needs to be established for these funds and;
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $41,990 in excess of those estimated in the 2011 budget and ;
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that the following addition be made to the 2011 budget:
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Saint Paul City Council approves the changes to 2011 budget
