RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul Police Department is authorized to enter into the attached Joint Powers Agreement, with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for Distribution of Network Services. The Saint Paul Police Department will be able to use systems and tools available over the State's Criminal Justice Data Communications Network (CJDCN).
