WHEREAS, on October 5, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH AR 11-83, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Boarding and Securing Services during June 2011. (File No. J1112B, Assessment No. 118117); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1570 University Avenue West, being described as: Midway Shopping Center Subj To Rd; Lot 1 Blk 1 with the property identification number 34-29-23-32-0009 was assessed an amount of $414.45 for boarding and securing; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was made in error and approving the assessment to 1524 University Avenue West, being described as: Midway Shopping Center Subj To Rd; Lot 4 Blk 1 with the property identification number 34-29-23-32-0010.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property at 1570 University Avenue West be deleted, plus any accrued interest; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $414.45, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #RLH AR 11-83 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
