Purpose of Appeal
Information on Vehicle Abatement and Summary Abatement Order is not correct and contains vague, false, misleading and contradictory statements.
I have sent 3 letters to Ed Smith which have not been answered. Ed Smith has been harassing me!

The appellant, Leonard Anderson, was given a Legislative Hearing date of November 15, but he said he could not make that date. Then, appellant was given a Legislative Hearing date of November 22, 11:30 a.m. He said he could not make that date either; however, staff told him it had to be scheduled for November 22. Later, after conferring with the Legislative Hearing Officer, staff called and attempted to tell appellant that his hearing for November 22 will be laid over to December 6 if he is unable to attend and the City Council public hearing will be December 7, but appellant said he was "on another line" and then appellant discontinued the call before this information could be conveyed.
A note will be sent to appellant's house informing him that the appeal can be laid over to December 6 if he cannot make November 22 and the City Council public hearing will be December 7.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Leonard Anderson to a Summary Abatement Order, Vehicle Abatement Order, and Correction Notice at 559 MCKNIGHT ROAD SOUTH , the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
