Ratifying the assessments for Tree Removal services for June and July 2011 (File No. 1201T, Assessment No. 129000).
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-1880 accepted the Report of Completion for Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Tree on Private Properties for the months of June and July 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the following assessment was appealed:
RLH TA 11-437 - 469 Dayton Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 04, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council and the Council having considered same and found said assessment satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 175: Dutch Elm Diseased Tree with the following amendment which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 11-437 - 469 Dayton Avenue; and
RESOLVED, that said assessment is hereby determined to be payable in one installment unless specified above in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
