WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Yuqi Liu to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1223 RICE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension for 90 days to provide legal egress from the Unit 1 front bedroom by either adding a egress window, or removing the windows and screens from the enclosed front into compliance either by replacing the window or removing the screens and windows from the enclosed porch; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
