RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the attached Vehicle Donation Agreement with the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) which includes an indemnifcation clause.   The City Council has accepted this donation (11-1131) and approves to accept the vehicle "as is" for $1.00.
