RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511, the total sum of five hundred twenty eight thousand four hundred thirty two dollars and eighteen cents ($528,432.18); (three hundred thousand dollars and no cents ($300,000) in attorney's fees, and two hundred twenty eight thousand four hundred thirty two dollars and eighteen cents ($228,432.18) as payment of settlement claims). This is in full and final settlement of civil court file number 09-CV-2018 (SRN/JSM) for all claims for damages arising from Plaintiff's claims of disability discrimination, failure to accommodate a disability, and retaliation/reprisal.
