City Clerk staff put 25 Albert into STAMP and 1405 Summit Avenue came up.  According to STAMP, there are two residences listed on this lot.  "GISmo shows the carraige house behind 1405 Summit with a street address of 25 Albert Street North.  The County doesn't recognize that address.  It has been incorrectly closed with a note that the CO folder is under 1402 Portland.  Plat lines on GISmo clearly show the carriage house is across the alley from 1402 Portland."

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Gwynne Evans to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 25 Albert Street North, aka 1405 Summit Avenue, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 1-inch variance on the openable width of the egress windows in the front and middle bedrooms; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
