Purpose of Appeal
I divorced on 9/28/09, moved from 581 Lafond Ave. on 12/4/2009. I did a change of address with the post office. I do receive the property taxes for 569 Lafond at 14399 Salem Ave., Savage, MN. I was awarded 569 Lafond in divorce. Jovita did receive the 1st and 2nd letters but did not inform me or give me the letters out of malice.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Antonio Grajeda to a Condemnation and Order to Vacate at 569 LAFOND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the condemnation and order to vacate on the condition that the items are completed, (under benefit of permit when required) and that an extermination certificate be provided to the Legislative Hearing Officer by the close of business on December 9, 2011; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
