Purpose of Appeal
Item 7 from the list - All windows were built back in 1959 and the sizes are not met with current city codes.  Would you please waive the variance sizes of these windows for us?  Thank you in advance for your consideration.

After completing the Application for Appeal, the appellant called Ramsey County to get information on changing the official mailing address for this property.  Although the current mailing address is correct, she has been having problems receiving her mail.  See her handwritten note on the notice.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kim Mai and John Le to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1604 WILSON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the upper floor southeast, northwest and southwest bedrooms; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
