WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of The Window Store Home Improvements, on behalf of Rosemary Casello, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 1320 CLARENCE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 4-inch variance on the openable height of one double hung replacement egress bedroom window measuring 20 inches high by 31.344 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
