WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Carlton Morris to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 387 GRAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal with the conditions that the water heater is in compliance by January 1, 2012 and the fire alarm by April 1, 2012; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
