Authorizing the Police Department to pay for a portion of the food for the Saint Paul Police Band 2015 Holiday Party.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Police Band performed 18 concerts and marched in 18 parades throughout 2015; and
WHEREAS, the band members were not compensated for their time and travel and to show the department’s gratitude we held the annual holiday party at DeGidio’s, 425 7th Street West, Saint Paul, MN on December 12, 2015; and
BE IT ORDERED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to pay a portion of the costs of food associated with the above, in the amount of $1,515 from Accounting Unit 20023809; Activity G2315900434274.
