Amending the ARP Tourism Recovery Support Program budget to allocate funds for administrative costs.

WHEREAS, the American Rescue Plan Act grant funds may be used for administering the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund program, and administrative costs associated with programs to respond to the public health emergency and its negative economic impacts, including programs funded with ARP funds and those that are not funded by ARP or other federal funds;
WHEREAS, the Planning and Economic Development Department manages the ARP-funded Tourism Recovery Support Program and has incurred administrative expenses; therefore via,
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and on the request of the Director of the Planning and Economic Development Department to amend the ARP Tourism Recovery Support Program budget, the Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the following manner, which is consistent with Federal rules:
