Changing the rate of pay for Legal Support Specialist (formerly Legal Secretary) from Grade 030 to Grade 031 of EG 01, AFSCME Clerical. (To be laid over one week for adoption)

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job audit for the classification of Legal Support Specialist; and
WHEREAS, the results of the job audit instruct that the rate of pay for Legal Support Specialist be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 030 to the rate set forth in Grade 031, Employee Group 01, AFSCME Clerical; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Legal Support Specialist be changed to the rate set forth in Grade 030 to Grade 031, Employee Group 01, AFSCME Clerical. This classification and rate of pay is to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
