Amending Council File RLH SAO 22-29, adopted August 10, 2022, to grant Sally Klein an additional extension for property at 769 HAGUE AVENUE.

WHEREAS, on August 10, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH SAO 22-29, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Summary Abatement Order for property at 769 Hague Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council until September 9, 2022 to abate the nuisance; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Sally Klein is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the Order because she is having difficulty in getting the contractor to complete the project; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to November 15, 2022.
