Approving adverse action against all licenses held by AM PM Gas d/b/a Marathon Market located at 719 Payne Avenue in Saint Paul.

WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against all licenses held by AM PM Gas d/b/a Marathon Market (License ID #20070001341) for the premises located at 719 Payne Avenue in Saint Paul by Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses dated November 8, 2010, alleging the licensee failed to pay $1,428.00 in delinquent license and late fees; and
WHEREAS, licensee did respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses on November 22, 2010, to request an extension until November 29, 2010, in order to pay the delinquent license and late fees; and
WHEREAS, a check of DSI records on December 3, 2010, indicates the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license and late fees by the November 29, 2010 deadline; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses stated that if the licensee failed to pay the $1,428.00 in delinquent license and late fees, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, all licenses held by AM PM Gas d/b/a Marathon Market are hereby immediately suspended for failure to pay delinquent license and late fees. Said suspension will remain in effect until the $1,428.00 delinquent license and late fees are paid in full to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
