WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Robin Magee to a Correction Notice at 466 MARSHALL AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is forthcoming recommends that the City Council grant an extension until December 20, 2013 for repair of the garage is withdrawn as an agreement of deadline for compliance was made between the inspector and property owner; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
