Purpose of Appeal
My home's gas service was turned off after becoming behind in payment to Xcel. I have set up a repayment plan w/Xcel. I am unaware of any other issue with the gas service. Xcel will not turn on gas due to City's vacate order.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Scott K. VanCleave to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 417 SINNEN STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
